Shipping and delivery

Shipments are traceable and are insured in case of damage or loss.

Our courier is DHL, in some cases GLS depending on the geographical area to which the products are destined (in any case, for each order, the courier who will carry out the shipment is communicated to the Customer via the contact details made available by the Customer by mail or telephone )

Once we have received the order from the customer and verified the payment within the next 24 hours, we start shipping the product or products purchased: the name of the courier and the tracking code are sent to the customer at the email or telephone number provided during the order. order, the tracking number allows the Customer to be able to follow the progress of the shipment, 24/7, on the courier's website.


All shipments are insured against damage or loss. The insurance is free and will be valid until the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser. We advise the customer to provide as many details as possible for precise and punctual delivery, specifying information that may be useful to the courier making the delivery.


Each order is accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This is valid for all non-EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a price other than the one paid even if it is a gift;

Customs costs (taxes, duties): shipments can be with duties paid by the sender (DDP) or the recipient (DDU) depending on the country of destination. In the case of DDU shipments: for non-EU countries, VAT is not paid on the price of the goods but it is necessary to pay the related local import and/or customs clearance taxes
